Processing in PixInsight and Photoshop as follows:

PixInsight:
Combine Channels for RGB. Gradient Correction, SPCC, BlurX then MAS then some tweaks with HT and Curves. Save as TIFF
Ha and OIII: GradientCorrection, BlurX, StarX then MAS on the starless versions, HT and Curves then masked LHE. Save as TIFF

Photoshop:
Copied the Ha and OIII and pasted them over the RGB (Ha in Red only, OIII in Green & Blue only). Set blend modes to Lighten.
Added a Clarity boost. Blurred the stars very slightly.
