Calibration and processing of the RGB and H-Alpha in PixInsight as follows:
RGB: Gradient Correction, SPCC, BlurX, MAS, NoiseX, HistogramTransformation, masked Saturation boost via Curves
H-Alpha: Gradient Correction, BlurX, StarX then on the starless portion: MAS, NoiseX, HT, masked LocalHistogramTransformation

RGB combine with the starless H-Alpha data done in PIxInsight using HaRGB_Combine using the defaults
